Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a US business doing $1M or more a year, often an S-corp, a partnership or more than one entity.
  • Your return gets prepared after the year is over, and nobody plans your taxes while there's still time to change them.
  • You elected S-corp at some point, and nobody has revisited the salary you pay yourself since.
  • Your QuickBooks books are behind or only mostly right, and you'd rather hand them to a team than fix them yourself.
  • You hold rentals or short-term rentals next to the business and want them planned together.
  • You want one team handling your planning, books, returns and compliance instead of juggling separate providers.

This Is Not For:

  • Employees and individuals who only need a personal return filed.
  • Businesses doing under $1M a year.
  • Freelancers and gig workers looking for a quick, low-cost filing.
  • Owners looking for shortcuts that aren't fully compliant with the tax code.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

Here's how Inna and her team handle the tax side of your business, from the first review to the filed return.

Inna Reviews Your Past Returns

Inna goes through your last 2 to 3 years of returns, projects this year with your real numbers and checks how much time is left before December 31.

We Settle The Plan Together

You and Inna sit down for a 90-minute planning session. If you want a standing cadence, we check in every quarter to adjust estimated payments and catch new opportunities.

We Put Every Change In Place

Our team handles the payroll changes, tax elections, entity filings, estimated payment updates and bookkeeping adjustments, so the savings actually happen instead of staying on paper.

We Keep Your Books Clean

We review the last 12 to 24 months of your books, clean them up, then reconcile them monthly in QuickBooks Online and send your P&L and balance sheet.

We Plan Your Rentals Too

If you own rentals or short-term rentals, we plan them right alongside the business, with depreciation, cost segregation and the passive activity rules covered.

We Prepare And File Your Returns

Our preparers put together your business and personal returns, and more than one of them reviews each return before it's filed, so it reflects the plan.

On The Record

Does It Actually Work?

“
I had gone to a previous tax preparer for my daycare business and last year we owed $30,000... We never owed before so we wanted to get a second opinion and I'm so glad we did... We gave them all the info and they re-do our taxes and we ended up with $0... I'm so happy we went with Solution 8020!

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

My books are behind. Can you still plan my taxes?+
Yes, and messy books are one of the most common reasons a business overpays. Our team reviews the last 12 to 24 months of your books in QuickBooks, cleans up what's off, then reconciles them every month. You don't have to fix anything before the call; just tell Inna roughly how far behind things are.
I already elected S-corp. Isn't that the planning?+
The election is only the first step. What you save depends on how the company runs after it: the salary you pay yourself through payroll, your distributions, your retirement contributions and how any second entity is taxed. Inna looks at those side by side, and our team makes the payroll changes before year end, while they still count.
Do you prepare the returns too, or only plan?+
We do both. Our preparers handle partnership, S-corp and C-corp returns along with the owners' personal returns, and more than one of them reviews each return before it's filed. That way the return carries the plan through instead of undoing it.
I own rental property too. Does that change anything?+
It can make a real difference, as long as someone looks at it next to the business. Inna works on real estate tax strategy as well as business tax, so rentals and short-term rentals go into the same projection, including depreciation, cost segregation and the passive activity rules. No property? That's fine, the company is usually where the bigger savings sit.
Is it too late to do anything for this year?+
Usually not, but some moves have to be in place by December 31. Owner wages only count for 2026 if they run through payroll this calendar year, and equipment has to be in service before New Year's. Inna's review shows which moves still have time, and the savings show up when your return is filed.
What does it cost?+
Our business return packages are published at $1,650 to $3,750. Planning is priced to the size and setup of your business, so Inna quotes the fee up front on the strategy call, before you pay us anything.
Do you work with businesses outside Washington?+
Yes. Our main office is in Vancouver, Washington, with other offices in Jacksonville, Florida and Portland, Oregon. Clients in other states work with us online through a secure client portal. As IRS Enrolled Agents, we're federally licensed and can represent taxpayers before the IRS in all 50 states.
What should I have ready for the strategy call?+
Last year's business and personal returns and a current profit and loss report, if you can. Ballpark figures are fine if the books are lagging. With those in front of her, Inna can tell you where she sees the biggest savings.
One Last Step

Want To Know How Much Room You Have Before December 31st?

On the strategy call, Inna walks through your entities, your pay and any rentals. Then she tells you where she sees the biggest savings and what has to happen before the year closes.
